PAYMENT METHODS

ACCEPTED FORMS


AutoPay (Monthly Auto Withdrawal) 
Johnson Utilities customers can set up AutoPay through our Customer Portal.  Once in the Customer Portal, select “AutoPay” on the left and follow the instructions to add your Johnson Utilities account number, a payment method and timing of your payments.  When adding your Johnson Utilities account number, please make sure the service address shown is correct.  If you were part of the previous Johnson Utilities AutoPay system, please contact customer support to insure those payments are cancelled.   


Paying Online Through Your Bank (Bill-Pay) 
Paying utility bills through your financial institutions, also known as Bill-Pay, may delay the posting of your payment to your Johnson Utilities account. In many cases, your financial institution will send your payment directly to your utility account. When this happens, your payment will be posted to your Johnson Utilities account in 2-3 business days depending on the speed of your financial institution.  In some cases, your Bbanks may send us a check in the mail.  When this happens, it and can take up to 14 business days for us to receive your payment through USPS.


Online QuickPay 
The quickest option for making a payment is going to www.johnsonutilties.com and clicking on the button that says “Pay My Bill”. Johnson Utilities’ customers can use QuickPay to pay their bill with a credit card, debit card or E-Check, 24 hours a day. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Payments made using QuickPay will be applied to your Johnson Utilities account immediately. If you have been disconnected for non-payment, you can pay online, however, you will also need to speak directly to a Johnson Utilities Representative by calling our office at 480-987-9870 to have service restored.

Pay by Text 
Johnson Utilities customers can set up Pay by Text through our Customer Portal. For this option you will have to add a payment method through your customer portal. Once Pay by Text is set up, you will receive a text message once a month that contains your balance due and due date.  You may then pay the balance due by texting back “Pay”.  To set up Pay by Text, go to “Accounts” in the Customer Portal.  Add your Johnson Utilities account, or choose to edit your account if you have already added it.  Select the check box next to “Bill Summary – Pay By Text” and follow the instructions to add your cell phone number and payment method. 

 

Pay by Secure PDF 
Johnson Utilities customers can set up the Pay by Secure PDF option through our Customer Portal. For this option you will have to add a payment method through your customer portal. Once Pay by Secure PDF is set up, you will receive an email each month with a password protected PDF document attached.  The PDF document contains a summary of your bill and selected payment method.  It also contains a “Pay Now” button that, when clicked, will pay your bill. 


U.S. POSTAL MAIL 
If you choose to mail a check each month, please use the convenient return envelope included in your billing statement. Make sure to include your bill stub when paying by mail for faster, more accurate service. Please do not use tape or staples. Our payment address is: Johnson Utilities 968 E Hunt Hwy San Tan Valley, Arizona 85143.
 

24 HOUR DROP BOX 
We have one drop box available for our customer's convenience. The drop box is located at the Johnson Utilities' business office 968 E Hunt Hwy San Tan Valley, Arizona 85143. The drop box is emptied during normal business hours and last emptied at 4:45PM. Payments dropped in the drop box after 4:45PM will be processed the very NEXT business day.
 

PAYMENT BY PHONE 
You may pay by Debit/Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) or by check by calling 480-987-9870 and pressing 1

or call 1-844-567-2502. Please have your 10 digit utility account number handy when using this option. 
 

PAYMENT IN PERSON
Utility payments can be made in person at Johnson Utilities 968 E Hunt Hwy San Tan Valley, Arizona 85143. Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday except for holidays. We accept checks, money orders and credit cards in our business offices. Checks will not be accepted if your utility service has been disconnected.

 


Customer Portal 
The Johnson Utilities’ Customer Portal has several options for making payments including a One Time Payment, AutoPay, Pay by Text and Pay by Secure PDF.  Payments made through the Customer Portal will post to your Johnson Utilities account immediately (it may take up to 24 hours for the amount due shown in the Customer Portal to update after a payment is made).  The Customer Portal also allows you to view your current balance, current and past invoices and payment history.  You are also able to add multiple accounts to the Customer Portal. So, if you have multiple Johnson Utilities accounts, you can view them all them in one place.  To access the Johnson Utilities Customer Portal, go to www.johnsonutilties.com and click on the button that says, “My Account”.  This will take you to the Customer Portal login screen.  If you have not created a login id and password, you can do so by clicking on “Register Now” right below where you would enter your password.
